MooreWebWorks builds clean, fast, mobile-first websites for local businesses in Helena, Alabaster, Pelham, and greater Shelby County, Alabama — and hands you the keys when it's done. I'm Matt Moore, the owner. You talk to me, I build your site, and you own everything.
Services
No bloated packages and no services you didn't ask for. Here's what MooreWebWorks actually does.
A professional, mobile-first website with clear services, strong calls to action, click-to-call, and a contact or quote-request form — built so customers can reach you in one tap.
Fast, secure hosting plus ongoing updates and care, handled for you on the Launch + Care plan — so your site stays online, current, and working without you touching it.
Your Google listing set up and filled in correctly — services, hours, photos, and service area — so you show up properly when nearby customers search.
Consistent business listings on Apple Maps, Bing, and Yelp, so your name, phone number, and hours match everywhere customers look.
A matching Facebook cover image and launch posts, designed to go with your new website — no login to your account needed from you beyond what you choose to share.
At launch you get your domain, hosting account, and logins — plus a walkthrough video of your website keys — so you are never locked in or held hostage by your web designer.
The keys are yours
Too many small businesses discover they don't actually own their website — the designer does. That's not how this works.
Your web address is registered to your business. If you ever move on, the domain goes with you.
Hosting and related accounts are set up under you, and you receive the logins at launch — not after you ask three times.
You get a walkthrough video of your website keys showing what you own, where it lives, and how to get into it.

What it is: The Launch + Care plan is $600 to build your website, plus $49/month. That monthly charge covers your website's hosting (where the site lives online), ongoing updates, and care — keeping the site online, secure, and current while you want it handled for you.
How it bills: $49 is billed monthly. There are no other recurring charges hiding behind it — if anything optional is ever offered, it's priced and agreed in writing first.
How it ends: You own your website. The monthly plan is for hosting and care while you want it — if you cancel, I'll hand everything over so your site can be hosted elsewhere. You're paying for a service, not renting your own website back.
Not on a care plan? Post-launch changes are billed at $50/hour, quoted before work begins. On Own It Outright, tweaks are included free for the first 30 days.
Free website check
Get a free check and a straight answer on what to fix. I'll look at your current online presence myself and tell you plainly what's helping, what's hurting, and what I'd do — whether you hire me or not. No obligation and no sales pressure.
How it works
Here's exactly what happens when you become a customer — no surprises mid-project.
We start with the free website check and a short conversation about your business, your customers, and what you need the site to do.
You choose Launch + Care, Website Only, or Full Launch. Price and deliverables are confirmed in writing before anything is built or billed.
You send the basics: your services, hours, service area, photos, and logo if you have one. I'll give you a simple checklist — it doesn't have to be perfect.
I build the site and send you a preview to review. Most sites are ready in about 1–2 weeks once your content is in — that's typical timing, not a guarantee.
The site goes live, and you get your website keys: domain, hosting account, and logins, with a walkthrough video. On Launch + Care, I keep hosting and updates handled for $49/month.
FAQ
Yes. Your domain is registered in your business's name, your website is yours, and at launch you receive the logins — your website keys — along with a walkthrough video. If you ever leave, everything goes with you.
Hosting (where your site lives online), ongoing updates to your site's content, and general care to keep it online, secure, and current. It's billed monthly and it's a service, not rent: you own your website whether you're on the plan or not. If you cancel, I'll hand everything over so you can host it elsewhere.
Most sites are ready in about 1–2 weeks once I have your content (services, hours, photos). That's a typical range, not a guaranteed deadline — a bigger site or slow content turnaround can take longer, and I'll tell you where things stand as we go.
Start with the free website check. I'll review what you have and give you a straight answer: sometimes a few fixes are all you need, and sometimes a rebuild is the better spend. Either way, the recommendation comes with the reasons, and your existing domain can almost always be kept.
On Launch + Care, ongoing updates are included in the $49/month. On Own It Outright, tweaks are free for the first 30 days. Otherwise, post-launch changes are $50/hour, quoted before work begins — you'll never get a surprise bill.
No honest designer can promise a specific ranking, and I won't. What I can do is build the things that give you a fair shot: a fast mobile site, clear service and service-area pages, and a properly set-up Google Business Profile. Rankings depend on your market and competition.

If you contact MooreWebWorks through the form on this site, by phone, text, or email, I receive the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you become a customer, I also keep the project information needed to build and maintain your website.
Your information is used only to respond to your request, provide the services you hire MooreWebWorks for, and handle billing for those services. That's it.
Running websites involves ordinary service providers — for example, domain registrars, hosting platforms, and payment processors. Those providers receive only what they need to do their job (for example, a payment processor receives your payment details, which I never see in full or store).
This website does not run advertising trackers. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are ever added, this policy will be updated first.
You can ask at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by calling or texting (334) 722-0652 or emailing Matthewmaconm@gmail.com. I'll honor the request, except for records I must keep for billing or legal reasons.

MooreWebWorks provides website design and build services, hosting and website care, Google Business Profile setup, local listings setup, and related design services for local businesses, as described on this page. The specific deliverables for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
The only recurring charge MooreWebWorks offers is the $49/month Launch + Care plan. It is billed monthly and covers hosting, ongoing updates, and care. It is a service charge — it is not rent on your website. You own your website and your domain. If you cancel the monthly plan, MooreWebWorks will hand over your website files, domain, and account access so you can host the site elsewhere. Any future change to the monthly price would be communicated in advance, and no new recurring charge will ever be added without your agreement.
Once your project is paid for, your website and your domain belong to you. Your business content — your text, photos, and logo — remains yours at all times.
Most websites are ready in about 1–2 weeks after your content is received. Timeframes given are honest estimates based on typical projects, not guaranteed deadlines.
MooreWebWorks builds websites using sound, current practices, but does not and cannot guarantee search engine rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Search results depend on factors outside any designer's control.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, text, and images you provide, and for having the right to use them. MooreWebWorks is not responsible for claims arising from content you supplied.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Changes do not retroactively alter the price or terms agreed for a project already underway.
